Hi! Not all of the apartments has washing machine, you can notice in each description. Only two of them don't have, but there's a laundry room just in front of the building in case the guest need it.

Hi! If you want to book a one bedroom apartment for all 5, I recommend you to choose one of the two LOFT apartments that we have they are pretty big and we can prepare sofa bed + one extra bed upstairs as the bedroom is very spacious.

Yes, LOFT apartment has 2 bathrooms. The one on the main floor with bathtub and the one from upstairs besides the bedroom with shower. Of course you can leave luggage early.

I’ve stayed here twice already and will stay again. great team running these.
easy walk to the metro and the space in the rental is great.
first floor cools quickly but a fan would help circulate the cooler air upstairs. can get a little warm upstairs during summer.
